James Blunt Overtakes Coldplay
Step aside Coldplay. The biggest selling album in the UK this year is James Blunt's 'Back To Bedlam'.
'Back To Bedlam' has now sold more than 1.53 million copies in the UK. It has pushed Coldplay's 'X&Y' into second place.
At third comes Kaiser Chiefs. Their 'Employment' album has sold to date around 820,000 units in the UK.
Blunt's 'Back To Bedlam' spent 9 weeks at number one in the UK.
He also has one of the year's biggest singles in 'You're Beautiful' but has been kept from the biggest seller position by the novelty songs 'Amarillo' by Tony Christie and Peter Kaye and 'Axel F' by Crazy Frog.
